Barista Joe’s caramel Irish coffee is a deliciously creamy hot coffee cocktail that you’re sure to love. This recipe is a fun twist on the famous Irish coffee and makes a delightful after dinner drink.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce Irish whiskey (Jameson)
- 1 ounce Irish cream (Baileys)
- 1 ounce butterscotch schnapps
- 2 1/2 ounces Barista Joe’s Breakfast Blend or Dark Roast coffee (or more to fill, freshly brewed) or 1 of your favorite Kcups.
- Garnish: whipped cream
- Garnish: caramel syrup
